Wondai’s Autumn Garden Expo is just around the corner, so that means it’s time for Wondai Art Gallery to burst out into bloom with its annual exhibition of flower and garden-themed paintings.<\/p>\n

The annual garden art competition is sponsored by the Wondai Garden Expo, and the exhibition opened on Friday night.<\/p>\n

This year there were more than $1000 in cash prizes.<\/p>\n

Thirty entants submitted 55 entries in a bid to win the $500 first prize.<\/p>\n

And for the first time, there was a $50 People’s Choice award.<\/p>\n

Wondai Garden Expo president Helen Young officially opened the exhibition and then presented the prizes to the winning artists.<\/p>\n
