RACQ LifeFlight rescue helicopters have been called in three times so far this Easter long weekend to the Manar Park off-road recreational park at Boondooma.<\/p>\n

On Friday, the Sunshine Coast aeromedical crew helped a middle-aged man who was injured when he fell from his motorbike.<\/p>\n

He was flown to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital for further treatment.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, the Sunshine Coast-based LifeFlight helicopter was called back twice within 12 hours.<\/p>\n

On Saturday afternoon. a man suffered minor injuries when he fell from a motorbike.<\/p>\n

The LifeFlight crew and ambulance paramedics treated him but he did not require helicopter transport.<\/p>\n

A few hours later, the helicopter crew returned to assess three people who had been injured in separate incidents:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • A middle-aged women who was injured while trying to kick-start her motorbike.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • A young boy who fell from a motorbike, and<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • A middle-aged man who also suffered injuries from his motorbike.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The aeromedical crew and QAS paramedics assessed the patients and determined only the woman required further treatment at hospital.<\/p>\n
