Kingaroy singer Tom Curtain’s latest album has been making a great impression on country music charts and he picked up two Golden Guitar Awards at the 2018 Tamworth Country Music Festival<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Two well-known South Burnett country singers walked away with prestigious awards at the 2018 Toyota Golden Guitars in Tamworth on Saturday night.<\/p>\n

Tom Curtain and collaborator Luke O’Shea won two awards for “Never Never Land”: The Toyota Heritage Song of the Year award and the CMC Video Clip of the Year award.<\/p>\n

They also wowed the crowd in the auditorium with their performance of the hit, which is taken from Tom’s third and latest album, “Territory Time”.<\/p>\n

Dean Perrett and songwriter Neville Anderson were presented with a Golden Guitar for Bush Ballad of the Year for “Henbury Blues”, a single from his forthcoming album<\/p>\n

Tom Curtain and fellow singer Martin Oakes will be performing at the Kumbia Racecourse this Saturday (February 3), fresh from Tamworth.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The gates and bar will open at 4:30pm with Tom and Martin on stage from 7:00pm.<\/p>\n

Entry tickets are: Adults $20.00, students 6-17 years $10:00 and children aged five and under free.<\/p>\n
