Kingaroy artist Olivia Everitt – the talent behind recent art projects at the South Burnett PCYC, Gumnut Place and the Kingaroy Youth Park – has joined forces with South Burnett Women for a new art project.<\/p>\n

Olivia is curating an all-female exhibition, ROAR, at the Kingaroy Art Gallery to coincide with International Women’s Day (March 8).<\/p>\n

The exhibition will run from March 8 to April 10.<\/p>\n

Olivia is calling for local artists to get involved in the project.<\/p>\n

“We have secured sponsorship to offer participating artists a chance at over $2000 in prize money through three award categories,” Olivia said.<\/p>\n
