Takes Action To Recover Debts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>January 21, 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kingaroy-based Bean Growers Australia has successfully applied to have a liquidator appointed to pulse marketer Blue Ribbon Group which has reported debts of more than $11 million.<\/p>\n<p>Blue Ribbon, which began in 2000, is based at Richlands in Brisbane and specialises in pulse sales both internationally and within Australia.<\/p>\n<p>It handles a large range of pulses &#8211; including mung beans, soybeans and chickpeas &#8211; as well as seeds, spices and grains.<\/p>\n<p>The Supreme Court in Brisbane has appointed Artemis Insolvency as the liquidator for Blue Ribbon Grain &amp; Pulses Pty Ltd and Blue Ribbon Seed &amp; Pulse Exporters Pty Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>BGA applied in November last year for a winding up order against the two Blue Ribbon Group companies, and this was granted on December 1.<\/p>\n<p>Creditors have been asked to submit their claims to Artemis Insolvency before
