Ambulance paramedics treated a man for smoke inhalation after a home was destroyed by fire in the early hours of Sunday morning.<\/p>\n

Urban and rural firefighters were called to the blaze, in Parker Road, Ellesmere, at 1:40am.<\/p>\n

The single-storey timber building was already fully engulfed in flames when they arrived.<\/p>\n

The flames were extinguished by 3;30am but firefighters remained on the scene until about 5:00am.<\/p>\n

The fire is believed to have started in the kitchen.<\/p>\n
