A birthday gift of $1 Instant Scratch-Its has won a young Kingaroy woman $10,000.<\/p>\n

The woman, who wants to remain anonymous, was given a handful of $1 Scratch-Its by a friend her bought them as a gift from Robinson\u2019s News & Gifts in Shoppingworld.<\/p>\n

\u201cI got the ticket for my birthday – my friend gave it me,\u201d the lucky winner told a Golden Casket official this week.<\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t scratch it immediately and I had completely forgotten that I had it until I went through my presents again and saw it.<\/p>\n

\u201cI started scratching it and I saw one $10,000 and then three $10,000s. I was like \u2013 wait, what\u2019s happening? I called my friend over and asked them to check it.<\/p>\n

\u201cI get Instant Scratch-Its from time to time, but I\u2019ve never won anything like that before.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s just amazing to think I\u2019ve won one of the top prizes!\u201d<\/p>\n

The happy winner said she had yet to decide what she would do with her instant windfall.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor the moment I\u2019m just going to save it. It\u2019s just come at the greatest time ever.\u201d<\/p>\n

Robinson\u2019s News & Gifts owner John Robinson said he was thrilled the outlet had sold another top prize winning Instant Scratch-It.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In 2015, Robinson’s newsagency in Murgon sold a $100,000 winning Scratch-It, and the largest prize he has sold is $250,000.<\/p>\n
