Darling Downs West Moreton Public Health Network CEO Simone Finch has resigned and will finish up with the public health body – which covers the South Burnett – on November 3.<\/p>\n

Chairman John Minz thanked Ms Finch for her contribution to the organisation.<\/p>\n

“Through the generosity of the Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service (DDHHS) and with the approval of the PHN Board, Ms Annette Scott will be seconded to the PHN in the role of Managing Director,” Mr Minz said.<\/p>\n

“As you may be aware, Annette is already a director of the PHN.<\/p>\n

“(She) is currently performing an executive role at the DDHHS and has experience managing health services in both the private and public sectors, including the primary provider sector.<\/p>\n

“The purpose of this secondment is to ensure that the PHN continues organisational momentum during this crucial period of momentous change and allows a seamless transition to the next CEO.<\/p>\n
