Cherbourg community radio station US Mob 94.1 FM have launched an online survey and are appealing to the community, supporters and listeners to take part in it.<\/p>\n

“Please spare a few minutes and participate in an online survey for our local radio station,” US Mob producer Michael Monk said on Monday.<\/p>\n

“The survey really does only take a few minutes to complete, and the feedback we get from you will help Us Mob in a big way.<\/p>\n

“It will help us see what we are doing right, what we can do better, and what you like and don\u2019t like.<\/p>\n

“But most importantly, it will show our funding bodies, government departments and license providers just how vital our service is to Cherbourg and beyond.”<\/p>\n

The bulk of the radio station’s budget is funded by government grants, and the station is concerned that recent cuts to Indigenous funding may threaten its future.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Please assist Us Mob FM by encouraging your work mates, friends and colleagues to participate as well,” Michael said.<\/p>\n

“Us Mob is a genuine local voice on the airwaves and we full in gaps not covered by the major radio networks.<\/p>\n

“The survey finishes at the end of August, so the sooner you can get on to it the better.”<\/p>\n
