The competition rewards the best aggregate weight gain for a pen of six steers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Carcass competition for the best aggregate pen, and<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A Meat Standards Australia eating quality competition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The exhibitor who gets the highest aggregate score across the three categories wins the overall prize.<\/p>\n<p>The competition has been running for 20 years. This year it added a 330-Day Wagyu Challenge &#8211; with $10,000 prize money &#8211; to the 100-Day Export and 70-Day Trade classes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overall Paddock To Palate 2017 winners
