To Improve Laneway"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>August 1, 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>South Burnett Regional Council plans to begin work next Monday on improving the access lane on the southern side of Kingaroy Town Hall.<\/p>\n<p>The works will include excavating the existing gravel and replacing it with a concrete pavement.<\/p>\n<p>The aim is to reduce maintenance in the area and improve drainage.<\/p>\n<p>The lane will be closed at times during the construction work.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In order to provide a safe work environment, through traffic and parking areas in the immediate work area will be closed, restricted or directed by Traffic Controllers,&#8221; a Council spokesperson said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;For local businesses there will be some restriction to property access but affected owners will be notified in advanced by the on-site supervisor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If you have any concerns in regards to property access please contact the on-site supervisor or contact
