Schmidt from Stallworth sold <strong>Santa cross weaner steers<\/strong> for $884 at $3.415\/kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>B &amp; A Gannon of Gayndah sold two pens of <strong>Droughtmaster weaner steers<\/strong> for $938 ($3.41) and $780 ($3.50)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Two pens of <strong>Santa weaner steers<\/strong> from J. Rickards of Proston sold for $870 at $3.58\/kg and $617 at $3.63\/kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Tony Wessling of Murgon sold <strong>Santa weaner steers<\/strong> for $3.51\/kg, returning $801<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Santa weaner steers<\/strong> from T. McLennan of Mt Perry sold for $790 at $3.49\/kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>350kg Droughtmaster cross heifers<\/strong> from Murgon sold for $979 at $2.79\/kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>336kg Charolais cross heifers<\/strong> from Mondure sold for $2.38\/kg, returning $943<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A draft of <strong>30 Santa weaner heifers<\/strong> from G &amp; T Campbell sold for an average of $805 for a $3.00\/kg average<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>220kg Droughtmaster heifers<\/strong> from M. Young of Stuart River sold for $660 at $3.00\/kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A line of 46 <strong>Santa weaner heifers<\/strong> from J. Rickards of Proston sold for $3.10\/kg, averaging $607 and 195kg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The next fortnightly cattle sale will be held on Tuesday, August 8.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>* * *<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Similar Conditions At Coolabunia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>by Aussie Land and Livestock<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The fortnightly Fat and Store Sale held at the Coolabunia Saleyards on Tuesday saw 160 cattle on offer, slightly less than a fortnight ago.<\/p>\n<p>A good line of store cattle and weaners were yarded with prices similar or a little easier than a fortnight ago.<\/p>\n<p>Export cattle, though, sold to a slightly stronger market.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Highlights:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A Brangus bull<\/strong> from Kingaroy made 259c\/kg for 820kg to return $2125<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Charbray cows<\/strong> from Nanango made 237c\/kg for 620kg to return $1470<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A Braford cow<\/strong> from Crawford made 227c\/kg for 580kg to return $1320<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A young Murray Grey cow<\/strong> from Tingoora made 251c\/kg for 595kg to return $1490<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bazadaise heifers<\/strong> from Gordonbrook made 285c\/kg for 390kg to return $1110<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Santa Gertrudis cross steers<\/strong> from Mannuem made 325c\/kg for 315kg to return $1025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Limousin steers<\/strong> from Nanango made 355c\/kg for 200kg to return $710<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Limousin cross heifers<\/strong> from Cushnie made 320c\/kg for 200kg to return $640<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A young Hereford cow and calf unit<\/strong> from Mannuem made $1300 per head<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prices for steers<\/strong> averaged between 278c\/kg and 310c\/kg, but some steers under 200kg attracted bids as high as 355c\/kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prices for heifers<\/strong> averaged between 274c\/kg and 300c\/kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prices for cows<\/strong> averaged 200c\/kg and 231c\/kg, but some cows under 400kg saw bids up to 260c\/kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Manufacture Steers<\/strong> over 540kg drew bids of 256c\/kg to 270c\/kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The next Fat and Store
