Radar detectors may be cheap and plentiful on eBay and other online trading sites, but that doesn’t mean they’re legal in Queensland.<\/p>\n

A Blackbutt man was pulled over by the Kingaroy Road Policing Unit on the D’Aguilar Highway in Kingaroy last Wednesday while allegedly in possession of a radar detector.<\/p>\n

The detector was seized by police and the man was issued with a Notice to Appear in the Kingaroy Magistrates Court on August 7.<\/p>\n

A Murgon man will appear in court to face a charge of drug driving after being stopped by Dalby Road Policing Unit at 12:20pm on Friday on the Bunya Highway at Taabinga.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 32-year-old was pulled over and given a roadside test.<\/p>\n

He was issued with a Notice to Appear in the Kingaroy Magistrates Court on September 18.<\/p>\n

A 31-year-old Ballogie man will also face a drug-driving charge after the Kingaroy Road Policing Unit pulled him over on Walter Road at Kingaroy at\u00a011:54am on Friday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He allegedly tested positive to having cannabis present in his saliva.<\/p>\n
