A young boy was taken to hospital on Monday afternoon after his bicycle was allegedly hit by a car in the Kingaroy CBD.<\/p>\n

The incident occurred on the corner of Haly and George streets, beside the South Burnett Times office.<\/p>\n

An ambulance was called to the scene at 2:40pm.<\/p>\n

It is believed the child may have been riding along the footpath when the incident occurred.<\/p>\n

He was transported in a stable condition to Kingaroy Hospital.<\/p>\n
