{"id":18176,"date":"2012-11-29T19:13:01","date_gmt":"2012-11-29T09:13:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/southburnett.com.au\/news2\/?p=18176"},"modified":"2023-12-21T14:42:42","modified_gmt":"2023-12-21T04:42:42","slug":"driver-ordered-to-face-trial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/southburnett.com.au\/news2\/2012\/11\/29\/driver-ordered-to-face-trial\/","title":{"rendered":"Driver Ordered To Face Trial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>November 29, 2012<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A 29-year-old man charged after a fatal traffic crash that killed two women at Booubyjan in August has been committed to face trial in the District Court.<\/p>\n<p>Jeremy Karl Crane, who was not required\u00a0to enter a plea, consented to a full hand-up of evidence in Kingaroy Magistrates Court today.<\/p>\n<p>Crane has been charged with two counts of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death, possessing dangerous drugs, and driving a motor vehicle while a relevant drug was present in his blood or saliva.<\/p>\n<p>Stephanie Mylonas, 20, and Stacey Richter, 21, from the Toowoomba Mountaineers basketball team, were travelling back from a game in Bundaberg when they were killed in a head-on collision on the Burnett Highway on August 19.<\/p>\n<p>Crane will face trial on a date to be fixed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A 29-year-old man charged after a fatal traffic crash that killed two women at Booubyjan in August has been committed to face trial in the District Court.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":20,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[3,24],"tags":[155,21,1132],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.11 -
