{"id":1786,"date":"2012-04-28T10:25:41","date_gmt":"2012-04-28T00:25:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/southburnett.com.au\/news2\/?p=1786"},"modified":"2020-10-02T10:08:07","modified_gmt":"2020-10-02T00:08:07","slug":"soggy-weekend-causes-cancellations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/southburnett.com.au\/news2\/2012\/04\/28\/soggy-weekend-causes-cancellations\/","title":{"rendered":"Soggy Weekend Causes Cancellations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>April 28, 2012<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The rain has caused the cancellation of a number of events around the South Burnett today.<\/p>\n<p>Organisers of the <strong>Manumbar Campdraft<\/strong> were forced to call off the two-day event this morning after 250mm of rain overnight. \u00a0They are yet to determine if they will be able to re-schedule.<\/p>\n<p>The U6s-U11s <strong>Junior Soccer<\/strong> matches at Wondai were cancelled early this morning.<\/p>\n<p>However the U12s, U13s and cadets were scheduled to proceed. \u00a0Some matches have been completed but others were called off by the referee when the rain became too heavy.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Blackbutt Show<\/strong> is still pressing ahead as is the\u00a0<strong>Spirit of the Bush Balladeers Muster<\/strong> at\u00a0Boondooma Homestead.<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><em>And remember, despite the rain&#8230; you still have to vote!<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The rain has caused the cancellation of a number of events around the South Burnett today, including the Manumbar Campdraft and junior soccer<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":20,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[74,166,3,6],"tags":[135,1139,134,1138],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.11 -
