A South Burnett farmer has been airlifted to hospital after a motorcycle accident while mustering cattle on a property west of Durong on Monday morning.<\/p>\n

The man, aged in his 40s, suffered suspected head and leg injuries, including a broken right leg.<\/p>\n

He was treated at the scene by Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics.<\/p>\n

The incident occurred about 10:00am.<\/p>\n

An RACQ LifeFlight spokesperson said the man’s wife became concerned after her husband failed to return home after his morning muster and she began searching their property.<\/p>\n

The Toowoomba-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter was called to the property at 11.20am and airlifted the farmer to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
