Morrow with 1\/6 from one over.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p><strong>The home side proved too strong for South Burnett in the second round of the Goodchild Shield played at Bundaberg on Sunday.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>South Burnett batted first and\u00a0were bowled out for 138.<\/p>\n<p>Ashley Sippel top scored with 42 while\u00a0Phil Brennan (17), Jay Steinhardt (17) and\u00a0Jason Webber (16) all made a start.<\/p>\n<p>Best of the Bundaberg bowlers were Brendan Jones (3\/31 off 10 overs) and\u00a0Dean Krebs (2\/13 off seven overs).<\/p>\n<p>Bundaberg \u00a0made the target in 33 overs with the loss of just three wickets.<\/p>\n<p>Best of the Bundaberg batsmen were Shaun Rose (67 n\/o) and Jarrod Laycock (17).<\/p>\n<p>Tavis Hartwig (1\/27 off six overs) and Craig Paterson (1\/38 off seven overs) were the best of the South Burnett bowlers.<\/p>\n<p>Bundaberg won by seven wickets.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0* * *<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Wondai Wolves batted first and posted a big target in their B Grade match against Kingaroy RSL at Taabinga.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Geoff Wallis kept the scoreboard ticking over, scoring an impressive 164. Kiall Rowberry took 34 runs and Clayton Graham was 17 n\/o.<\/p>\n<p>Wondai finished the innings with 9\/298.<\/p>\n<p>Best of the Kingaroy bowlers were R O&#8217;Donohue (3\/41 off six overs), R Turner (2\/24 off 5 overs) and Jacob Heidrich (2\/43 off eight overs).<\/p>\n<p>In reply, Kingaroy RSL were bundled out for 87. K Freeman was best of the batsmen with 43<\/p>\n<p>Wolves&#8217; bowler Matt Stumer tore through Kingaroy, taking 5\/9 off five overs. Also impressive were James Cameron (1\/4 off four overs) and Allan Crudass (1\/12 off four overs).<\/p>\n<p>The Wolves won by 211 runs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>* * *<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kumbia were caught short-handed in their B Grade match against Warriors at Kumbia but young Corey Cross, who&#8217;s just 11, and Mitchell Jackson, 13, did well to step up into the senior ranks.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kumbia were all out for 123 off 29 overs. Best of the Kumbia batsmen were Ryan Kelly (23),\u00a0Russell Holland (22) and\u00a0Shane Laherty (18).<\/p>\n<p>For Warriors, Ian Haack ended up with the impressive bowling stats of 4\/0 off just 1.3 overs. Brodie Dionysius took 2\/29 off six overs<\/p>\n<p>In reply, Warriors made 3\/128 off 31 overs.<\/p>\n<p>Best of the Warriors&#8217; batsmen were\u00a0Al Christensen (42 n\/o) and\u00a0Peter Sorenson (25 n\/o).<\/p>\n<p>Shane Laherty took 1\/19 off eight overs, and\u00a0Brian Walters, 1\/26 off six overs for Kumbia.<\/p>\n<p>Kumbia had too many dropped catches.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>* * *<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Murgon Diggers played two B Grade matches at the weekend.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On Friday night they took on Barambah at Murgon Showgrounds. \u00a0The match was brought forward to allow Barambah to play in an indigenous carnival next weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Diggers batted first and made 5\/233 off 40 overs.
