Trainer Glenn Richardson’s horse Hopetoun Street showed fine form in Nanango’s second race on Easter Saturday, beating his nearest rival by one and a quarter lengths<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Nanango trainer Glenn Richardson has chalked up 11 victories and four placings from his 50 most recent essays – three of them in the past eight days.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He combined with stable apprentice Hannah English to land a Dalby double courtesy of Flying Charger and Klammer, and a second place at Gatton with Man Of Law.<\/p>\n

Saturday\u2019s Bundaberg winner Hopetoun Street (Gemma Steele) has been a star.<\/p>\n

Her last four assignments have yielded three wins, while Klammer has also made three visits to the winner\u2019s circle during the period.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, English added Eagle Farm to her list of venues.<\/p>\n

She partnered Winner Wimmer ($71) and it was no surprise that the task on a track rated a Heavy 8 was a bridge too far.<\/p>\n

After being well placed in running, the Real Saga gelding folded over the final part.<\/p>\n

The six-year-old had not fired at his earlier attempts on wet ground.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Hannah Phillips continues to tick over the scoreboard.<\/p>\n

She saluted on Kuramos at Bundaberg on Saturday after prevailing on the same horse at Wondai on Anzac Day and at Gatton on Tin\u2019s Pocket on Friday.<\/p>\n

By the way, her old mate Captain Clayton ($201) was unplaced in the $125,000 Brandons Bat Out Of Hell for new owner-trainer George Sitek at the Gold Coast on Hollindale Stakes day.<\/p>\n
