\u00a0network in the town&#8217;s CBD has left residents wondering if crime is out of control there, think again.<\/p>\n<p>According to Queensland police data, Kingaroy is actually the town with the most crime in the South Burnett.<\/p>\n<p>In April, Kingaroy saw 75 crimes committed and 44 solved, followed by Murgon 65 (44 solved), Cherbourg 57 (44 solved), Nanango 20 (10 solved) and Wondai 8 (4 solved).<\/p>\n<p>At the other end of the scale, Hivesville, Tingoora and Kumbia were the most crime-free towns in the region, with all three reporting no incidents of crime during the month.<\/p>\n<p>All other South Burnett towns had between 7 and 2 crimes in April.<\/p>\n<p>But how bad is our crime, really?<\/p>\n<p><strong>In Kingaroy, the most common offences were:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Theft (excluding unlawful entry) &#8211; 16<\/li>\n<li>Drugs offences &#8211; 15<\/li>\n<li>Property damage &#8211; 14<\/li>\n<li>Traffic offences &#8211; 10<\/li>\n<li>Good Order offences &#8211; 7<\/li>\n<li>Assaults &#8211; 5<\/li>\n<li>Weapons Act offences &#8211; 3<\/li>\n<li>Unlawful entry &#8211; 2<\/li>\n<li>Unlawful use of a motor vehicle &#8211; 1<\/li>\n<li>Handling stolen goods &#8211; 1<\/li>\n<li>Other &#8211; 1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other towns followed a similar pattern.<\/p>\n<p>All up, 253 crimes were committed in the South Burnett&#8217;s main towns and villages during April and 162 &#8211; or about 62 per cent &#8211; were solved immediately.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>External link: <a
