\nApril 24, 2012<\/strong><\/p>\n

AGL Action Rescue’s Bundaberg and Maroochydore helicopters were called out to the South Burnett again this afternoon … this time to attend a two-vehicle crash on the Burnett Highway, south-east of Goomeri.<\/p>\n

Three people were travelling in the two vehicles when the crash occurred. All three were trapped and firefighters had to work quickly to free them.<\/p>\n

The incident occurred about 1:45pm.<\/p>\n

The Maryborough-based AGL helicopter transported the driver of one of the cars, a 70-year-old man, to Royal Brisbane Hospital with head and arm \u00a0injuries. He was in a serious but stable condition.<\/p>\n

The Bundaberg-based helicopter took his passenger, a 68-year-old Caloundra woman, to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital with suspected neck injuries. She is in a stable condition.<\/p>\n

The Queensland Ambulance Service transported a 65-year-old female to Kingaroy Hospital with minor injuries.<\/p>\n
