A 29-year-old man charged after a fatal traffic crash that killed two women at Booubyjan in August has been remanded to appear in Kingaroy Magistrates’ Court on November 29.<\/p>\n

Charges against Jeremy Karl Crane, who was not required to appear, were mentioned in Kingaroy Magistrates Court today.<\/p>\n

He has been charged with two counts of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death, possessing dangerous drugs, and driving a motor vehicle while a relevant drug was present in his blood or saliva.<\/p>\n

Stephanie Mylonas, 20, and Stacey Richter, 21, from the Toowoomba Mountaineers basketball team, were travelling back from a game in Bundaberg when they were killed in a head-on collision on the Burnett Highway on August 19.<\/p>\n

A 41-year-old woman, a 13-year-old girl and an 11-year-old boy from the same vehicle were also taken to hospital with minor injuries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
