A father and his young daughter, both injured in a motorbike accident, were flown in separate helicopters from Murgon Hospital on Thursday evening.<\/p>\n
Two RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopters were tasked to transport the pair at 8:00pm.<\/p>\n
The 44-year-old father and his four-year-old daughter suffered suspected head injuries when they were thrown from a motorbike while riding on their rural property.<\/p>\n
The Brisbane-based RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter was diverted from an airlift from Kingaroy Hospital to transport the man to Princess Alexandra Hospital.<\/p>\n
The Sunshine Coast CareFlight helicopter flew the small child to Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital, accompanied by her mother.<\/p>\n
Both patients were transferred in a stable condition.<\/p>\n

CareFlight’s critical care doctor treated the patient at the scene scene.<\/p>\n
The man was then airlifted to Nambour Hospital in a stable condition.<\/p>\n
