{"id":148902,"date":"2016-06-17T00:16:32","date_gmt":"2016-06-16T14:16:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/southburnett.com.au\/news2\/?p=148902"},"modified":"2020-10-12T15:25:23","modified_gmt":"2020-10-12T05:25:23","slug":"courses-to-improve-customer-service","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/southburnett.com.au\/news2\/2016\/06\/17\/courses-to-improve-customer-service\/","title":{"rendered":"Courses To Improve Customer Service"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>June 16, 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>South Burnett Directions has organised another series of workshops in conjunction with TAFE South West to help improve customer service in the South Burnett.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the &#8220;South Burnett Customer and Visitor Experience Program&#8221; is to improve the attitudes of staff members, build teamwork and improve knowledge about the region.<\/p>\n<p>The program has been designed to complement the South Burnett Rewards &#8216;shop local&#8217; campaign which will be launched later this year.<\/p>\n<p>Courses were run at Kingaroy, Nanango and Wondai earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The latest round of courses are being held in Kingaroy, Murgon and Blackbutt:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kingaroy<\/strong> &#8211; June 21, 8:00am-4:00pm at Kingaroy TAFE campus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kingaroy<\/strong> &#8211; June 22, 8:00am-4:00pm at Kingaroy TAFE campus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Murgon<\/strong> \u2013 (2 evening sessions) June 21 and July 4, 5:30pm-8:30pm at Murgon RSL Club<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Blackbutt<\/strong> \u2013 (2 evening sessions) June 20 and July 5, 5:30pm-8:30pm at Bunya Nut Caf\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cost to take part is $50.<\/p>\n<p>This course is usually $150 per person but it is being subsidised by South Burnett Directions as part of a commitment to building business capacity and ensuring a positive experience for visitors to the region.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>To enrol, visit the <a href=\"http:\/\/tafesouthwest.edu.au\/course\/16998\/south-burnett-customer-amp-visitor-experience-program\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TAFE Qld South West website<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>South Burnett Directions has organised another series of workshops in conjunction with TAFE South West to help improve customer service in the South Burnett.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":20,"featured_media":280684,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[5,3],"tags":[113],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.11 -
