The Cancer Council of Queensland has organised a four-hour “Introduction to Mindfulness” workshop to be held in Kingaroy next month for people facing cancer-related challenges.<\/p>\n

The workshop will be held at Kingaroy Hospital on Friday, May 20.<\/p>\n

Participants will be able to explore how mindfulness meditation can, with practice, help them to become more aware of patterns of thinking and reacting, and learn ways to let go of worry about the future or the past.<\/p>\n

Spaces are limited so bookings are essential.<\/p>\n
