The RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter service received a nice lift on Wednesday in the form of a $4000 cheque from the Kingaroy RSL Club.<\/p>\n

Club manager Maxine Tessmann said this was the fifth year that the club had raised money for the service, and each year the cheque had managed to grow a little.<\/p>\n

The money was raised through raffles at the club, but a lot also came from the sale of children’s “activity bags” at the front counter of the club.<\/p>\n

All money raised from these goes to RACQ CareFlight.<\/p>\n
