Nanango’s Funfest committee – the group which created the Nanango New Year’s Eve Mardi Gras – is looking for new members.<\/p>\n

The group will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, March 2, at the Nanango Cultural Centre in George Street, Nanango, from 7:00pm.<\/p>\n

Nanango Funfest Inc will be looking for people to fill the usual positions on its executive (President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer).<\/p>\n

Secretary Chris Marshman said several members of the current executive would be standing down at the AGM.<\/p>\n

“We would love to see some new members with fresh ideas and lots of energy to help us build on the success of the last New Year’s Eve event,” she said.<\/p>\n

“After all, no committee means no New Year’s Eve Mardi Gras.”<\/p>\n
