As expected, the Electoral Commission of Queensland posted the official Notice of Election for the March 19 Council poll on its website on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Voters have until 5:00pm next Friday (February 12)\u00a0 to get their names on the electoral roll if you have changed residence or are eligible to vote for the first time.<\/p>\n

Nominations of candidates will close at noon on February 16.<\/p>\n
