This was because club members were manning an ice cream stand at the Kilcoy Australia Day celebrations in Yowie Park. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Thank you to all those members who gave some time to man the stall.<\/p>\n<p>Last Friday, the Member&#8217;s Draw was won by #2 John Worrall, who was present and able to collect the hefty $300 prize.<\/p>\n<p>Because of John&#8217;s win, the Draw will be reset to a $20 prize this Friday, adding another $20 for each week it goes unclaimed.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Jack Gannon and Stan Vallance won the raffles.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>* * *<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>On Saturday. sixteen players arrived turned up for an afternoon of social bowls.<\/p>\n<p>A pairs competition was played, with Tony Gray and Liz Frawley coming out winners.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>* * *<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>On Tuesday, in the weekly social bowls competition, the winners were Bill Edwards, Horst Meyer and Leo Robinson, who defeated Tony Gray, Marg Worrall and Liz Frawley 32-12.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other Results: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jenny Edwards, Adam Kelly and Col Ferguson def.
