Police say seven drug drivers were detected on Kingaroy roads in just five hours on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Officer-in-charge of Kingaroy Police, Senior Sergeant Duane Frank said local police as well as Road Policing Units from Toowoomba and Dalby took part in the mobile operation.<\/p>\n

The five men and two women allegedly tested positive to methamphetamine or cannabis, or both.<\/p>\n

The average age of the drivers was 31.<\/p>\n

The drivers charged were: a 20-year-old Kingaroy man, a 36-year-old Kingaroy woman, a 28-year-old Kingaroy man, a 42-year-old Nanango woman, a 24-year-old Kingaroy man, a 47-year-old Cloyna man and a 23-year-old man from South Nanango.<\/p>\n

Snr Sgt Frank said it was concerning that seven drivers had been detected between 10:00am and 3:00pm.<\/p>\n
