Two men and two women were taken to hospital with minor injuries after a collision on the Bunya Highway south of Kingaroy on Monday afternoon.<\/p>\n

One patient, a 76-year-old Kumbia man, was later airlifted to Toowoomba Hospital for further treatment.<\/p>\n

The incident occurred at the intersection of the Bunya Highway and Stuart Valley Road, near the Stuart River Bridge, about 2:00pm.<\/p>\n

The driver of one car, a 47-year-old woman, allegedly failed to give way to a vehicle on the highway, striking it in the side.<\/p>\n

She has been issued with a notice to appear in court for driving without due care and attention.<\/p>\n

Her two passengers were a 24-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man.<\/p>\n
