La Creme Dance Academy’s 2015 concert at Nanango State High School’s hall on Saturday night will cover a wide range of dance styles, including classical<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

December 4, 2015<\/strong><\/p>\n

December means Christmas to most people … but in the South Burnett, it also means dance concerts.<\/p>\n

The end of the year is always the time for our region’s dance schools to show off their students’ skills with tightly-executed dance routines, brilliant backdrops, beautiful costumes and atmospheric music.<\/p>\n

On Saturday night, December 5, it will be Nanango’s La Creme Dance Academy turn to dazzle and delight.<\/p>\n

Their concert this is year is based around two themes: ‘A Rendition Of Frozen’ (the movie) and ‘A Chance To Dance’.<\/p>\n

The concert will be held at Nanango State High School’s hall in Elk Street at 6:30pm, and the 2 hour 10 minute show – which includes a 20 minute interval – promises to be breath-taking.<\/p>\n

Nanango photographer Clive Lowe went along to La Creme’s rehearsals to get a sneak peek of what the school will be bringing audiences this year.<\/p>\n

His photographs on this page give a small, sneak peek of what guests can expect to see on Saturday night.<\/p>\n

Tickets to the show are $15 for adults or $10 for pensioners and children aged 4 to 16 years (under-3s are free), and they can be obtained at the door.<\/p>\n
