If you’re wondering about all the cowboy hats, it’s just Murgon shopkeepers getting into the swing for this weekend’s Music Muster at Murgon Showgrounds.<\/p>\n

The event, organised by the Murgon Rotary Club, is always a highlight on the grey nomad “circuit” and campervans started rolling into the grounds on Monday.<\/p>\n

Music started filling the PCYC hall on Thursday afternoon, and the official opening with Cr Kathy Duff and the Wakka Wakka dancers was on Friday afternoon … but Saturday is always the biggest day!<\/p>\n

Artists will include Dan Kerin, Alice Benfer, Buddy Thomson, Brian Letton, Glen Albrecht, Lynne Bennett, Merv Webster plus the South Burnett’s own Muddy Flats and walk-up artists.<\/p>\n

The muster winds up at 3:00pm on Sunday.<\/p>\n

A Saturday pass is $25 or $15 for Sunday.<\/p>\n
