A 430ha farm fronting Barambah Creek at Silverleaf was sold at auction in Brisbane last Friday for $1.3 million.<\/p>\n

“Shevale” has been owned by the Baulch family for more than 60 years.<\/p>\n

The property, located in Beers Road, has 255ha under cultivation, including black soil flats.<\/p>\n

The grazing area features improved pasture, three bores and stock dams.<\/p>\n

The sale also included a modern four-bedroom brick homestead, three 50 tonne grain drying bins, two machinery sheds, a hay shed, three bores and cattle yards.<\/p>\n
