Hopefully, with this warmer water they will start moving about.<\/p>\n<p>The Bass have had an awesome week, with up to 58cm fish being caught on spinner bait, and good numbers being found.<\/p>\n<p>Golden Perch were the hard fish to catch this week. The ones that did get caught were on frozen yabbies.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Bjelke-Petersen Dam (Yallakool)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dam Level = 47 per cent<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The fishing was very good this week with plenty of Bass being caught as well as good numbers of Golden Perchs.<\/p>\n<p>Most success was had with hard bodies in the 10 to 15 foot range around ridges but some anglers were also successful with worms and salt water yabbies.<\/p>\n<p>Redclaw did not make much of a showing but many locals predict they\u2019re due to start building up in better numbers.<\/p>\n<p>The Yallakool Kiosk is stocked with live bait, frozen yabbies and a range of lures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Corey Goldie is the manager of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lakeboondooma.com.au\/\" TARGET=\"_blank\"><strong>Lake Boondooma<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yallakoolpark.com.au\/\" TARGET=\"_blank\"><strong>Yallakool Tourist Parks<\/strong><\/a> and provides first-hand reports on fishing conditions at both Dams each week.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here\u2019s the fishing report for Boondooma and Bjelke-Petersen dams for the week ending Monday, September 21:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":20,"featured_media":282895,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[421,3],"tags":[1153],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.11 -
