Nominations are now open for the 2015 South Burnett Business Excellence Awards.<\/p>\n

The awards are organised by South Burnett Directions and being sponsored by Heritage Bank, Nanango.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere are some great prizes up for grabs including numerous advertising packages, as well as the opportunity to participate in a series of short, practical workshops which will add value to your business, assist with completing your nomination, and hear real life advice from local business success stories,\u201d Mayor Wayne Kratzmann said.<\/p>\n

Awards committee chairman Ken Mills said he was excited to be sharing his experience on successful marketing strategies as part of the first workshop in the series.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe experience and success of last year\u2019s awards ensures success this year, and we are really hoping to assist all businesses to gain new skills and prepare a top quality nomination.” Ken said.<\/p>\n

“Attendance at the workshops is encouraged, to make sure businesses gain the most they can from their participation in the awards.\u201d<\/p>\n

The six workshops, which will be held at the Kingaroy TAFE campus, cover topics relating to the questions in the nomination kit.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each will run from 5:45pm to 7:00pm:<\/p>\n
