July 22, 2015<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Preliminary Finals of the U14s and U16s Sunshine Coast Girls rugby league competition will be played at T.J. O’Neill Oval in Kingaroy on Friday night.<\/p>\n

At 7:30pm, the U14s Red Ants girls will take on Kawana.<\/p>\n

The the U16s Preliminary Final between the Kingaroy girls and Kawana will kick off at 8:30pm.<\/p>\n

The U14s and U16s girls have been competing in 10-round Sunshine Coast competitions which each involved five teams.<\/p>\n

In U16s, Kingaroy finished third on the ladder, while the U14s girls finished one better, in second.<\/p>\n

Also on Friday night, the Kingaroy Red Ant’s U16s boys team will be taking on Cherbourg at 5:15pm in their President’s Cup clash at T.J. O’Neill Oval.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kingaroy and Cherbourg are level-pegging at the top of the U16s ladder with 16 points apiece.<\/p>\n

Then at 6:30pm, the U14s Red Ants will also be playing Cherbourg for President’s Cup.<\/p>\n

There will be more rugby league played at T.J. O’Neill Oval on Saturday:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • 10:00am – U6 & U8 – Kingaroy v Wondai<\/li>\n
  • 11:00am – U10 – Kingaroy v Wondai<\/li>\n
  • Noon – U12 President’s Cup – Kingaroy v Wondai<\/li>\n
  • 1:00pm – U14 – Kingaroy v Wondai<\/li>\n
  • 2:15pm – A Grade – Kingaroy v Wondai<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    At Cherbourg, the Hornets will be taking on the Central Burnett Brumbies:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • 9:00am – U6 & U8<\/li>\n
    • 10:00am – U10<\/li>\n
    • 11:00am – U12<\/li>\n
    • Noon – U14<\/li>\n
    • 1:00pm – U16<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Then at 2:00pm, in U18s Murgon will play Coolum, followed at 3:30pm by the A Grade game between Cherbourg and Murgon.<\/p>\n

      UPDATE July 23: The U18s match has been cancelled; A Grade will now kick off at 2:30pm.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      At Nanango, the Stags juniors will be playing Murgon:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • 10:30am – U10<\/li>\n

        Then at 2:00pm, U18s Nanango will play Noosa.<\/p>\n

        All three Kingaroy State High School rugby league teams have made it through to the Grand Finals of the Wide Bay Southern Anglo American Broncos Challenge.<\/strong><\/p>\n
