A concert by wacky Wickety Wak frontman Greg Doolan and his wife Laura was the highlight of the 2nd annual “Colours of Yarraman” festival at the weekend.<\/p>\n

The four-day celebration of Spring was centred around Errol Munt Park on Sunday with market stalls, kids’ rides, a sausage sizzle and local displays.<\/p>\n

A crowd gathered under a marquee on Sunday afternoon to enjoy the free concert.<\/p>\n

There was also a special bowls carnival held over the weekend, and an art and photography contest<\/a><\/strong> in the Yarraman Community Hall.<\/p>\n

Organisers are already looking ahead to next year’s event, pencilling in the October long weekend (October 4-7).<\/p>\n
