It’s springtime and it seems that fetes are in the air …<\/p>\n

Two South Burnett schools held their annual fetes at the weekend and both looked to be big successes.<\/p>\n

At Murgon, St Joseph’s Catholic School<\/strong> held its annual school fete on Friday night.<\/p>\n

Students from prep through to Year 7 had the opportunity of showing off their dancing skills to their parents.<\/p>\n

There was also live music from Cherbourg band Muddy Flats, laser skirmish and plenty of hot food.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, it was Tingoora State School’s<\/strong> turn.<\/p>\n

The Tinny school had heaps of stalls for their market day plus a jumping castle.<\/p>\n

Parents and friends were also invited to \u00a0inspect the classrooms and Corky from CROW-FM was keeping listeners updated on what was happening.<\/p>\n

Tingoora State School will be holding a Health Expo and NAIDOC Day at the school on September 20.<\/p>\n
