Federal Member for Wide Bay Llew O’Brien has released the latest edition of the popular Wide Bay School Leavers’ Guide, which is packed with useful information to help Year 12 students prepare for life after school.
“As Year 12 students approach the end of school, they are faced with many decisions about their future,” Mr O’Brien said.
“The School Leavers’ Guide provides a summary of the range of options they might consider.
“It also has useful information about the services available to help them make the right choices about their life after school.”
The guide covers topics including career development, further education and training, as well as information on financial assistance.
It will be distributed to secondary schools in the Wide Bay electorate.
