A 75-year-old man has been flown to Toowoomba Hospital after a farming accident at Kooralgin on Friday night.

The man suffered an arm injury as well as lacerations to his leg in the incident, which involved a tractor.

The Toowoomba-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter landed near Krugers Road to assist the man.

Local police and Queensland Ambulance Service personnel illuminated the landing area for the helicopter with their vehicle headlights.

The man travelled to hospital in a stable condition.
