About 300 Ergon Energy customers in the Haly Creek, Kumbia and Goodger areas lost power for just over four hours on Friday after a motor vehicle accident about 9:45am.

A fallen power line at the scene sparked a small fire near Stuart Valley Drive which was quickly extinguished by QFES crews.

Ergon crews had the power restored just before 2:00pm.

About 30 minutes after the first incident, emergency personnel were called to scene of a single-vehicle crash on the Burnett Highway, just north of Nanango.

In this incident, a vehicle ran off the road and hit a tree.

No one is believed to have been seriously injured in either crash.

A man aged in his 60s was taken by ambulance to Murgon Hospital with a minor head injury on Friday afternoon after an incident at Mondure.

The man is believed to have fallen from a motorbike on a private property.
