The Widgee Wizards … Cindy, Ben and Vince Ryland and their Holden Commodore

February 21, 2017

A special one-day Endeavour Rally chose Kingaroy as its lunch-stop on Sunday, with cars and crews pausing at Endeavour’s Kingaroy Kitchen for lunch.

Thirty-five vehicles took part in the rally, which started on Sunday morning at Jondaryan.

All the usual Endeavour Rally wackiness was on display, including one crew dressed in German costumes with a wurst (or something that perhaps looked like a wurst) on their roof.

Lunch provided an opportunity for the crews to meet some of the people that their fundraising supports.

The vehicles made good time to Kingaroy, with only one breakdown along the way.

After lunch, the crews hit the road again to work their way back to Jondaryan.

Only “Two Tools” this time … Edward Duff, from Bowenville, and Chris Bartlett, from ‘Bowenville Park’; this HX Holden won the 2016 Super Endeavour Rally with “Three Tools” on board
