Motorcycle fans should get on down to Kingaroy Showgrounds on Saturday to see some handlebar-to-handlebar racing by some of the quickest young riders in Australia.

The Under 15 Under 125cc Solo and Best Pairs Queensland State Championships will be raced on the Kingaroy Junior Motorcycle Speedway’s track.

This is the second year the Kingaroy Junior Bees have hosted the prestigious 125cc Solo Championship, but this year they have also been given the right to stage the Best Pairs Championship as well.

Racing will start at 10:00am for the Solos and 2:00pm for the Pairs.

Club assistant secretary Tracey Tunstall said the track was in perfect condition and had not been affected by the recent rain.

Entry is $5 (12 and under free) for a great day of racing action.

The Kingaroy Junior Bees will be holding their regular club day for Pee Wees, 125cc and 250cc on Sunday from 10:30am. Entry to the club day is free for spectators.
