As expected, the Electoral Commission of Queensland posted the official Notice of Election for the March 19 Council poll on its website on Saturday.
Voters have until 5:00pm next Friday (February 12) to get their names on the electoral roll if you have changed residence or are eligible to vote for the first time.
Nominations of candidates will close at noon on February 16.
