The South Burnett’s 2015-16 cricket season gets underway this weekend with Round 1 matches in the A Grade and B Grade competition being played.

The A Grade competition consists of five teams: RSL Services, Nanango, Wondai, Warriors and Murgon.

All clubs will have six home games and three byes.

Saturday’s A Grade games are: Nanango v Wondai (at Nanango) and Warriors v Murgon (at Lyle Vidler Oval, Kingaroy).  RSL Services has the bye.

The B Grade competition has seven teams this year: Cherbourg, Wondai, Murgon, Warriors, Nanango, Kumbia and RSL Services.

Saturday’s B Grade games are:  Warriors v Nanango (Kingaroy) and Kumbia v RSL Services (at Kumbia).  Cherbourg has the bye. Wondai was to play Murgon at Wondai but Murgon has forfeited because of the long weekend.
