The annual Raising Hell in Maidenwell weekend is on again, a great opportunity for car lovers to show off their best rides.

The show is being held from July 3-5 at the Maidenwell Sportsgrounds but Saturday (July 4) is the main day for the public.

There’ll be hot rods, customs, classics and vintage caravans plus live music.

The event is run by the South Burnett Gas Guzzlers and raises funds to support local charities.

Activities will kick off on Saturday at 8:00am for Show & Shine exhibitors, and at 9:00am for the public.

There’ll be food stalls, raffles, engine blow-ups and market stalls, along with a free jumping castle, face painting and a colouring competition for the kiddies.

In the evening there’ll be a pig-on-a-spit dinner at the Maidenwell Hotel, an auction, and live entertainment until the wee hours.
