The March meeting of the Nanango and District Camera Club will be held on March 15 at St Patrick’s School library, 16 Alfred Street, Nanango.

The competition for this month is “Abandoned and/or Derelict” ie abandoned architecture (dilapidated), abandoned anything (cars, for example).

There will be a practical phototaking workshop at Ringsfield House (a one-minute walk up the road and the café will be open) so bring your camera and tripod if you want to try any fancy exposures.

If you are keen to save some of your life events, come along to the Nanango Camera Club to learn how to get the best from your camera and enjoy social outings.

It meets at 1:00pm on the third Sunday of every month.

The club has a regular session where members can submit their photos in various categories. These are sent to an independent judge for feedback to assist with improving skills.
