Nanango community groups will be $350,000 better off following the announcement of this year’s Heritage Nanango Community Funding Ltd 2014 funding round recipients.

“Since last year’s funding round was announced, we have provided more than $350,000 in funding to the district,” HNCF chairman Wendy Zerbst said.

“But this remarkable achievement would not have been possible without the support of the local residents and businesses that bank at Heritage Bank Nanango.

“Every dollar banked with us means HNCF can help community organisations with substantial projects like these that will benefit us all.

“Heritage Nanango Community Funding Ltd represents the Nanango community in a joint venture with Heritage Bank, and is a not-for-profit volunteer run organisation just like many of the organisations we support.”
