Yarraman’s traditional Good Friday “Walk In Faith” has again brought together Christians of different denominations onto the streets in an Easter celebration.

Every year, the walk begins at a different church building, and then proceeds to others in the town.

This year, the ecumenical procession began with a short service at the Uniting Church presided over by Dr Sue Algate.

From the Uniting Church, the walkers headed to Our Lady Of Dolours Catholic Church, then St Philip’s Anglican Church before concluding at the Calvary Lutheran Church.

Calvary Lutheran will retain the cross and banner for the start of next year’s walk.

A collection was taken up at the final service with the proceeds going to the RACQ CareFlight helicopter rescue service.
